At Systech Instruments, we strive to improve our service level and expand our product offerings on a continuous basis. We are always interested in getting your feedback, as this information is very valuable to us. Our survey ran from the middle of November to the beginning of December, and we were very pleased with the participation rate.

We are spending significant resources in improving our systems further and making our infrastructure more robust and scalable, and we are confident that the results of these investments will be beneficial to all our customers and provide a strong background for higher growth rates.
