Systech acquire the ‘Lyssy’ Permeation line from PBI Dansensor

The 'Lyssy' line will extend gas analyzer product offering in the food barrier plastics and pharma market
Systech Instruments, leading manufacturers of gas analysis instrumentation are pleased to announce the acquisition of the oxygen permeation product line ‘Lyssy’. The ‘Lyssy’ line will extend Systech’s gas analyzer product offering within the food barrier plastics and pharmaceuticals market.
Managing Director Bryan Cummings says, “These oxygen permeation products broaden the company’s portfolio of gas analyzer scientific instruments enabling Systech to respond to a globalising customer base, especially in the high growth non wovens and gas permeability application segments.”
Jesper Bilde, Managing Director PBI Dansensor A/S says, “We are happy to announce the new owner as Systech Instruments, as we know that with their existing expertise in the gas permeability field they will be able to support the worldwide base of Lyssy customers.”
As of June 11 2010, Systech will be handling all enquiries regarding the Lyssy oxygen permeation product line L80, L100 and OPT as well as the new oxygen permeation package analyser ‘PermMate’.
