CAFRE, the College of Agriculture, Food & Rural Enterprise in Northern Ireland has installed the Gaspace Advance oxygen and carbon dioxide headspace analyzer and the 8700 oxygen permeation analyzer in their food technology centre. These gas analysis instruments are used by the students to gain a thorough understanding of the properties of food packaging.
